We make a point of honor to respect the regulations on the protection of private data, which are mainly the Belgian law of the 8th of December 1992 and the Regulation 2016/679 (entry into force 25th May 2018).

Within the context of the inscription to our workshops, camps or activities, certain private data about you are collected by our organization directly from you. The private data collected are those: your first name, last name, birthdate, address, e-mail address, gender, phone number, contact information about the responsible person/person of contact (if the participant is minor or with disability), payment and billing information and booking history. The processing of these data is necessary to the execution of our contract, knowing the inscription to our activities. The organizer also feels that he may send you information about other activities or events (newsletter), as long as this meets their legitimate interest in the sense of the Regulation 2016/679. In order in particular to facilitate re-inscriptions, your data will be kept for an undetermined period, except exercise of the right to be forgotten (see infra). In order to protect your private data, we have put in place measures conform to the evolutions of the most recent protocols on computer security.

 

As part of the protection of privacy, you benefit from the following rights:

• Right to access your private data.

• Right to rectification (if you notice that your data are incorrect or incomplete) and to erasure (right to be forgotten).

• Right to ask the limitation or cessation of the processing of your data.

• Right to the portability of your data (Namely the right to ask a copy of your personal data).

• Right to object to direct marketing (sending of information for other events, ..).

In case of problems, you can also lodge a complaint with the Privacy Protection Commission. Finally, we will keep informed in case of a substantial modification of our politics as regards privacy as described above.
